Healthy Cooking Classes
I never use the word “diet”, why, because we feel like we’re dying when we’re on one. Your metabolically appropriate nutrition plan should be customized no only to your genetic needs and individual goals but also your taste buds. I routinely get in the kitchen, yours or mine, with my clients – making sure we know how to prepare, cook and portion or delicious meals. Even if you’re a great cook a fun and healthy approach to your new plan might be just what you need to jumpstart your boring and routine meals.
